This year our Easter exhibition will once again be held in the Villa Marina Arcade.
Handing in Day will be on Saturday 16th April between 10am and 4pm. We will require plenty of volunteers to help with the exhibition set up and exhibit hanging so please ask your friends and relatives if they would be willing to help. We would also appreciate some ‘younger’ volunteers to assist with transporting and setting up the picture boards if possible.
The Exhibition will run from Thursday 21st to Thursday 28th April this year as the Royal Wedding is to be held on Friday ...

The Creative Shop at 79 Strand Street is offering members 25% off Winsor & Newton Artists' quality paints (selected old style packaging), 'Finity' acrylics, selected 'Artisan' water-mixable oils and some Artists' water colours (5ml tubes and half pans).
There is also a loyalty scheme in place: Every time you spend £10 or more in a single transaction you will receive a stamp in your collection card. Once you have acquired 10 stamps you will be entitled to £10 off selected items in the shop. Note that this scheme does not apply to mounts or bespoke framing services.

On Tuesday 8th March our Chairman, Peter Hepworth, presented a cheque for £350 to the Isle of Man Alzheimers Society. This amount represented the profits on our 2010 Autumn Exhibition. Margaret Plimblett represented the Alzheimers Society and David Mylchreest MD of Mylchreest Motors was also present since it was in their showroom that the exhibition took place.
